Welcome to Born Tired 🪷
A podcast for those who survived what they were never meant to carry, and are now learning how to live beyond it. If you grew up in chaos, learned to stay quiet to stay safe, or became the truth-teller in a family that resisted change, this space was created with you in mind. You don’t have to rush your healing here. You don’t have to explain your past. You’re allowed to rest.

About the Podcast

Born Tired is a storytelling podcast by Eirene, a space for healing after family trauma, breaking generational patterns, and learning to find peace beyond survival. Created for those who grew up in survival mode, this podcast explores the aftermath, the grief that comes after distance from family, the loneliness that can follow choosing yourself, and the slow work of rebuilding a life rooted in truth. Each episode invites you into the in-between moments of becoming. Through deeply personal stories and reflective narration, Born Tired explores themes of identity, C-PTSD, estrangement, nervous system healing, and what it means to reclaim your voice after years of silence.

This is a space for cycle breakers, truth tellers, and anyone learning how to rest after a lifetime of bracing.
